Shipping Policy

These terms and conditions apply to the customers who purchase products from our website. Our shipping policy consists of the following:

Processing Time
All the products purchased by our customers will be shipped to the customer's provided address within 2-4 business days. Orders will not be delivered during national and public holidays. The timeline will be subject to environmental and external factors from dispatch to delivery. The products will be shipped within 7-10 working days. During busy hours, the timeline may be extended or delayed by a few days. We request that all our customers be patient during emergencies. In case of regular delays, our executives will contact you immediately and ship the consignment as soon as possible.

Rates
There will be no additional shipping charges for purchases above $70. Any order placed below the aforementioned amount will be subject to a rate determined at checkout. At Online CBD Store, we reserve the right to amend the rates without prior notice to the customers.

Shipping Confirmation
Our customers will receive a shipment confirmation email soon after the order is ready for delivery. They can track the product with the help of a tracking ID. As for return shipment charges, we accept products within 30 days, minus the return shipping charges. All products must be returned in their original condition.

Change of Shipping Address
Any changes in an address on the customer’s end, especially after order confirmation, will be subject to certain charges and delays.

Shipping Sources
If your order is eligible for free shipping, it will be shipped via third-party services. It will usually be received within 2-8 business working days after processing the order. Please note that all these shipping requirements are subject to changes in case of emergencies such as a pandemic.

Order Cancellation and Refund
All orders processed and packed for shipping cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel your order, you can do so within 3 hours of order confirmation. You can also change your order within 12 hours of order placement. Beyond this time frame, the order cannot be canceled or changed. The customer can return the order after it is delivered.
